Test Monitoring Unit

The TMU 16:9-SD is a powerful test & monitoring unit designed specifically for satellite news gathering.

The light weight system (just 8kg) cased in a carbon fibre housing has the ability to monitor, equalise and switch 2 composite video signals, 2 SDI signals, 4 line level audio’s and 2 Mic inputs.

The composite video signals can be aligned using both the built in waveform monitor and 16:9 high resolution LCD screens whilst the audio signals are taken care of with the built in PPM’s and monitor speakers.

For transportation the unit is housed in a robust shock-mounted flight case with front and rear access as well as side ventilation flaps to allow the unit to be operated without the need to remove from the case, even in hot ambient temperatures.
